Job Description

TLTP is working with a two form entry Primary School based in the LEA of Thurrock. They are recruiting for a qualified Primary Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 phase after Easter, to work in their Year 3 Class on a long term basis.
 
• Key Stage 2, Year 3 Primary Teacher Required – Thurrock LEA

All Primary Key Stage 2 Teachers who are interested, would be required to visit the school to do an interview and demonstrate a lesson which must be planned and prepared by the Primary Teacher within guidelines of the observation criteria.
 
All Primary Teachers interested are required to plan and mark for their lessons however planning at this school is also shared with the other Key Stage 2 teachers to encourage new ideas and a creative approach to lesson planning.

The school is located within the LEA of Thurrock, situated within a four minute walk from the station and also has a large car park.

To join the TLTP community and be successful in this Year 3 Primary Teacher position:

• Primary Teachers must hold UK QTS. 
• Primary Teachers must be able to provide positive, valid references from their most recent position
• Primary Teachers be able to build and maintain good working relationships with both Class Teachers and pupils.  

These positions are offered initially on a long term basis and have the potential to go permanent after a proven track record of outstanding Primary Teaching has been shown with good attendance, punctuality and progression with the students.
