KS4 SCIENCE TEACHER – PRU
Are you a confident Science teacher?
Are you passionate about Secondary Teaching at Key Stage 4?
Do you have strong behaviour management within a challenging environment?
The Role – Science Teacher
I am working very closely with a Secondary school based in Harrow, to find a confident motivated SEN Science Teacher to cover KS4 for the Summer Term and potentially ongoing through September.
The ideal Science Teacher will have QTS, will be passionate and have the ability to keep their students consistently motivated and engaged in lessons.
Also, it is essential that the Science Teacher has a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum, as well as an excellent understanding of effective behaviour management and the ability to put these strategies into practice.
The PRU recruiting this Science Teacher is incredibly proud that Ofsted has judged their school as “Good” in all areas (November 2014).
Their service provides transitional education and support for up to 160 pupils per year, when they are unable to attend mainstream school. Students enter the school when they have been permanently excluded; as a respite placement; due to ill health (mental or physical) or occasionally by other circumstances.
Their incredibly skilled Secondary Teachers and support staff are dedicated to very high standards and committed to enable all children to reach their full potential. This Science Teacher position will be joining an upbeat team within the school.
Based in the borough of Harrow, this EOTAS has great transport links; bus routes, over ground stations.
If you are an available SEN Science Teacher, holding enhanced DBS please apply below or call Jess on 020 8709 6540 for further details on this and many other Science Teacher roles across London.
