Are you an experienced Cover supervisor or a talented graduate seeking an opportunity to develop your school based experience?
We are seeking to appoint a Cover supervisor to support the teaching in the absenceof the teacherand also to support the in class learning.
Weseeking talented graduates or experienced Cover supervisors to work acrossa number offaculty's in this thriving school in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. You will join a training school that is renowned for staff development and support. The school are wishing to recruit either an experienced Cover supervisors or graduates that are both academically gifted as well as having the personality and nature that pupils will respond positively to.
Your duties as a Cover supervisorinclude:
-Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy and all lesson will be pre-planned
-Managing the behaviour of pupils whilst they are undertaking this work to ensure an excellent working environment;
-Following the school's policies and procedures
-Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher
-Supportinglunchtime and break-timeduties
-Reporting back as appropriate using the school's procedures on the behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising.
