I am currently recruiting for a Medical Data Entry Administrator for a School in the Southwark area. The position is to start immediately initially for a 2 month contract but it does have the potential to continue so would be ideal for somebody who is out for work at the moment. There is on site parking and excellent working hours.

Terms and conditions:
Fixed term contract 2 months
35 hours per week
Pay Band 2 NHS or equivalent
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Data entry:
Inputting confidential school medical information onto new ISAMS – Medical database 
Collating information from hard copy records to input
Copying records from existing medical database onto ISAMS 
Setting standard reports on the ISAMS Medical database for use by the school nurses for data collection
 
Person Specification: 
Good computer skills are essential in particular the use of excel and the ability to learn ISAMs if not currently familiar
Familiar with medical terminology 
Confidentiality is essential in this position 
A good eye for detail
