We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant to be initially deployed in the Secondary phase of the school.  The post offers an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced TA to join our dedicated and highly effective staff team.  The post is temporary for two years, however, there is a possibility it might become permanent.

The school prides itself on providing our pupils with much more than academic support within lessons and we are looking for someone willing to commit to providing the very best all round education for these exceptional young people.

The successful candidate will work supporting pupils with a range of behaviour and learning needs and will have a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience, a flexible approach to their work and an ability to embrace change.

Candidates need to possess a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

The school places a high priority on professional and career development.  All staff receive a full induction and support programme throughout the year to achieve their performance management targets.
