I currently have a client looking to recruit two administration assistants to work with in a Secondary school based in Greenwich.
This is a role within school where excellent communication and organisational skills are crucial. A good telephone manner is also required.
This is a perfect opportunity for school leavers or someone looking to start a career within admin as experience is not essential and there will be full training given.
Your duties will be:
• Data entry
• Phone calls to parents
• Photo copying
• General office duties
They need someone confident and hard working, someone eager to learn and build a career within the school. The role is temporary to start with but for the right person this will go permanent.
• £60 - £70 a day (if the role goes permanent the annual salary will change to £16,000)
• Hours on Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm , Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
• Full training will be given
