A school is looking for an experienced teacher or an NQT teacher to start at their school on a permanent basis or a supply contract for the year or longer as the school are open to meet the teachers requirements.

The school that I am working with seeks an experienced teacher. The teacher must be ambitious and hungry to develop themselves. The school leadership team is rich with support and are lecturers at a high end university because of which they mentor teachers from NQT’s to experienced teachers on a regular basis. They are looking for someone who has high expectations of themselves and the children that they teach. The ideal person will be a real team player, who is willing and able to go the extra mile.
A teacher with a proven track record as an outstanding classroom practitioner, with an excellent understanding of strategies to accelerate and sustain progression would really be suitable for this role. The primary school is looking for someone who has the ability and determination to inspire and motivate children to achieve their best, plus someone who is articulate and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
