This school has a proven record of helping students make exceptional progress with learning, social skills and employability. The head teacher is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Teaching assistant to support the learning and development of these pupils.
This role involves support in the classroom and includes physical work and personal care of pupils. You do not need to have previous experience as full training will be provided for successful candidates.
The school has 2 sites in total based in Chelmsford, 1 campus for primary and secondary age groups and1 campus for college students. The age ranges from 5-19 years.
The head teacher will be looking for candidates with good subject knowledge, strong minded and with a sense of humour! The head is outstanding in this school and looks for candidates who have a genuine passion to teach and support young people with a range of complex needs.
