Job Description

A renowned Primary school in the borough of BRENT is currently looking for an outstanding ASD/SEN Teaching Assistant for a position commencing immediately for the successful candidate.

The SEN Teaching Assistant position is the ideal position for individuals who are able to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that equip pupils with the necessary skills they require to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate must also demonstrate excellent behaviour management and subject knowledge.

TEAM TEACH or APPROACH is desired but not essential.

This SEN Teaching Assistant position is offered on a long term contracted basis with an option to progress into a permanent role. The school is located in BRENT, TFL Zone 3/4 within easy reach of a number of bus services, Northern Line, Jubilee Line and DLR.

To join the TLTP community and succeed in this Primary Teacher role you will need to:

• Possess UK Qualifications in Childcare (Level 3) or a Degree
• Possess experience supporting pupils in UK Primary Schools with Autism or Challenging Behaviour
• Have the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with staff, pupils and parents
