We are recruiting for an experienced administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the Special Educational Needs department.
The successful candidate will have experience of working within a busy administrative environment, able to prioritise a busy workload. The ability to produce documents using Word and Excel is essential and knowledge of SIMS would be desirable.
Main responsibilities will include:
Using SIMS to maintain and update pupil files
Providing administrative support to the SENDCo
Liaising with staff, parents/carers and outside agencies
Preparation of documentation to support meeting and referrals
Organisation of the SENCo's diary
This is an 'Outstanding' school in Hackney. The first term you will work and shadow the current employer before she leaves for maternity.
