An opportunity has risen in a school based in Greenwich for a 6th Form Administrator to start in September on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent.
What we are looking for?
We are currently looking for a dedicated administrator to join a school trust in Greenwich. You will be responsible for general Administrative work for the 6th Form. The successful candidate will be required to work normal school hours and should show enthusiasm for a job in Administration.
Co-ordinating meetings with staff/Senior Team and management
Producing parental letters and arranging meetings with parents
Assisting with arrangements for Sixth Form events
Contacting parents to arrange meetings
Assisting with production of ad-hoc reports/projects
Assisting with Parent Consultation Evenings for Y12 & Y13
Assisting with reporting admin for Sixth Form
Setting up a calendar overview of the term and flagging up forthcoming SF events.
Qualifications / Experience
Ideally have 6 months experience in a similar role within a school
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook / PowerPoint)
Word processing and typing
Good communicator and ability to work under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
