Credit Controller - Job Overview

Due to a rapid increase in business London Teaching Pool Ltd are urgently seeking up to three credit controllers to be based at our Hainault office.

Credit Controllers are responsible for managing the outstanding debtor book. The day-to-day duties of the Credit Controller are varied and include ensuring timely payments are made, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries, managing the level of credit given and being the main point of liaison for client finance queries. To be successful in this role you must have experience with advanced query management, be system minded and able to use excel diligently.

Credit Controller -Your main duties will include:

• Liaising with clients and chasing payment of invoices
• Providing statements to all accounts managed
• Resolving client invoice queries
• Arranging for invoices to be adjusted via credit and re-issue process when required
• Using client online portals where relevant
• Reconciling invoices against client Self-Bill invoices
• Liaising with sales teams on any client account matters
• Ensuring monthly cash collections and aged debt targets are adhered to
• Keep clients within an acceptable credit limit
• Maintaining client contacts records
