A specialist school for children with Specific Learning Difficulties including Dyslexia in Pimlico is seeking a Science Teacher to join their team for a maternity cover contract.
This is a year 7 to 11 special school for students with SLD. They are looking for a teacher in their special school for students in Key Stage 3 and 4. They follow the National Curriculum..
Students at this school have Dyslexia as their primary need, however many of the students have additional needs in cognition & learning, communication and interactions. .
The successful candidate must have:
Qualified Teacher Status / QTLS
Eligible to work in the UK
Positive and energetic manner
Enthusiastic about working with children
Full understanding of the science curriculum
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference check.
