A Specialist School for pupils with SEMH is seeking a Key Stage 3/4 Teacher to join their team on a long term basis!
One of my Key Clients currently recruiting for a Key Stage 3/4 primary teacher to join a specialist school. As a result of good teaching and robust assessment systems pupils currently in the early years are making good progress from their low starting points. .
My client is looking to arrange interviews ASAP. The specialist school is based in Margate and is easily accessible via public transport. The school also has parking spaces that are available to all staff.
The primary teacher role will include:
- Preparing and delivering lessons to Key Stage 3/4 students
- Using a range of different learning resources and equipment
- Teacher who can work with SEN students, mainly SEMH
- Managing pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress
The successful candidate must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status / QTLS
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Positive and energetic manner
- Enthusiastic about working with children
- Full understanding of the Key Stage 3/4 curriculum
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
