Are you looking for a fantastic opportunity to develop and enhance your skills and expertise in the field of health and safety within an educational setting? Do you want to work where Health & Safety is taken seriously? Do you have an interest in special educational needs? Would you like 12 weeks holiday per year? If so becoming the Health & Safety Co-ordinator at this SEN School will give you the opportunity to work within the wider school team to promote the health, safety and wellbeing of our pupils, staff and visitors and to have a significant impact on the day to day running of the school to promote excellent opportunities for our pupils to learn, grow and achieve together.
This specialist SEN school is a large primary special school in the London Borough of Redbridge (outer London). The pupils are aged 3-11 with a range of complex needs including autism, social communication difficulties, downs syndrome and other learning difficulties. The School was graded as 'outstanding' by Ofsted in November 2018. Their pupils are amazing and work very hard to achieve small and big steps of progress over time. They are supported by a dedicated staff team both within the classroom and those working in support roles
Although their staff are amazing and have developed an environment of great opportunities and some fantastic practices in working with our pupils, they do not sit back. They are continually striving to further develop the environment and learning opportunities we provide for our pupils.
