TLTP has a pool of LSA's that have attended an exclusive 5 day course written by Train2Success to educate Teaching Assistants who are supporting learners with special educational needs. It is a fully accredited Edexcel qualification and the learner will be awarded a BTEC Level 2 Intermediate Award in Teaching Assistance for Learners with Particular Requirements. The course covers knowing and understanding the range of problems that affect learners’ ability to learn and understand the techniques that support the learning of those with particular requirements
