Hello! I'm Scott.
My responsibility is to oversee all of TLTP Education from client relationships, candidate management to managing all of my team.
Having over 10 years of experience within recruitment I enjoy training new consultants and passing on the skills and knowledge I have gained. I’m proud to have worked my way up from a consultant to Managing Director in the years I have been at TLTP Education.
Every day is different and I enjoy the highs and lows each day can bring. I am often out of the office visiting schools to better understand their staffing needs and discuss how I can help them with their recruitment needs. I hold my role with great responsibility and nothing motivates me more than receiving positive feedback from schools and candidates.
