Behaviour Mentor - The Role

This school is looking for experienced Behaviour Mentors to join their team working with pupils with SEMH and SEN displaying challenging behaviours. For this Behaviour mentor's role, the school ideally would like someone with experience working with pupils with SEN in a school setting or working with children through outreach. The school would like someone who is able to work with children in a 1 to 1 setting that has strong behavioural management skills. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP with a potential to be permanent position within the school.

Behaviour Mentor - The School

This is an SEN school in Brent, catering to 50 pupils between the ages of 3-16. This school is located in Brent, very close to multiple underground stations. The school is an SEN school catering for pupils with SEN needs such as ASD and SEMH. The school has an extensive team that will be helping in the classrooms, making sure that each classroom is well cared for and would like more Behaviour mentors to help with that. This school is a new school with a growing team and would like to add to their experienced personnel.
