This position is ideal for an English Teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with additional learning needs. You will deliver engaging, structured lessons that support academic progress while building confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

This specialist provision supports students aged 7–19 with neurodiverse learning differences, including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia.

As an English Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. You will adapt your teaching to meet individual needs, using creativity and structure to help students develop literacy skills and achieve meaningful qualifications.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS or QTLS (essential)
- Experience teaching English across KS2–KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- An understanding of, or interest in, supporting students with neurodiverse learning differences
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach
