SEN Teacher – Primary School – Slough – September 2025 – Permanent Position

TLTP are currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Slough, seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team from September 2025 on a full-time, permanent basis.

***SEN Teacher – Class teacher role with additional responsibility for SEN provision
***SEN Teacher – QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) required 
***SEN Teacher – Permanent full-time teaching role 
***SEN Teacher – Ideal for candidates with a strong SEN background and inclusive practice

Do you have the expertise and commitment to support pupils with a range of additional needs across the curriculum?
Are you confident working with external agencies, developing support plans, and coaching other staff?

About the SEN Teacher Role:

As the school’s SEN Teacher, you’ll take on a dual role: leading a class and contributing to high-quality SEN provision across the school. You will:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Carry out targeted SEN assessments and write individual support plans

  • Work alongside the inclusion team, TAs, and class teachers to deliver high-impact strategies

  • Monitor pupil progress, lead Annual Reviews, and liaise with parents and external agencies

  • Contribute to staff CPD, workshops for parents, and whole-school SEN initiatives

Support will include access to:

  • Regular CPD and coaching from senior leaders

  • Additional non-contact time for SEN duties

  • Opportunities to contribute to policy development and school-wide initiatives
