The Role: Head of Department of Business and Economics

The Head of Department of Business and Economics role at this wonderful academy,  will require you to deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 4 and  Key Stage 5. Your responsibilities as a Head of Department of Business and Economics will include fostering a love of Business and Economics in students, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The Head of Department of Business and Economics will also  contribute to the development and implementation of a dynamic and innovative Business and Economics curriculum aligned with the National Curriculum. The Head of Department of Business and Economics role must have great experience of  leadership and management, be able to help manage and develop the curriculum. Also have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
