The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Croydon that is looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant on a long-term temporary basis starting September 2025. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored 1:1 and group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

You will play a vital role in helping children access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential in a supportive and structured environment.
