Geography Teacher (ECT)
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Geography to join our Humanities department. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career in a supportive, well-resourced school with a strong commitment to professional development and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress effectively

Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities

Participate in the full life of the school, including CPD and departmental meetings
Person Specification

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it

Passionate about Geography and committed to high standards in the classroom

Strong communication and organisational skills

Eager to learn, reflect, and grow as an educator

Ability to foster positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
