Designated Safeguarding Lead – The Role

A secondary school in Bexley is seeking an experienced and dedicated Designated Safeguarding Lead to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role will involve leading safeguarding across the school, ensuring the highest standards of child protection, and working closely with staff, students, and external agencies.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing safeguarding policies, managing referrals, delivering staff training, and supporting a strong culture of vigilance and care.
