The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team from September 2025. In this role, you will provide vital support to children with special educational needs across Key Stage 1, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to assist in delivering tailored learning activities, supporting individual pupils, and fostering their development. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SEN strategies, excellent interpersonal skills, and a nurturing approach to supporting young children with additional needs.
