Food & Design Technology Teacher – The Role

This school is looking for a committed and inspiring Food & Design Technology teacher to join their Design Technology department, delivering Food & Design Technology, including GCSE Resistant Materials / Engineering Design. The successful candidate will help maintain and build on strong academic outcomes in Food & Design Technology, working within a vibrant and aspirational school. This is a permanent position starting January 2026.

Food & Design Technology Teacher – The School

This is a mixed secondary school and Sixth Form in Luton, Bedfordshire, catering for around 1,470 students aged 11–18. The school was most recently inspected by Ofsted in 2024 and judged Good in all areas, with inspectors highlighting the ambitious curriculum, high expectations for behaviour, effective leadership and management, and the inclusive and supportive Sixth Form provision.
