Start: ASAP or JanuaryAn ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Romford is seeking an exceptional Team Leader of Computer Science to lead their growing department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Computer Science teacher with leadership experience, or an aspiring leader ready to take the next step.
About the role:
£120- £240

Lead the Computer Science department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 if applicable)

Support and mentor staff, driving excellent classroom practice and curriculum delivery

Oversee schemes of work, assessments and curriculum development in line with current digital and industry trends

Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons that inspire students and promote progress

Contribute to whole-school digital strategy, innovation and enrichment opportunities

Monitor attainment, progress and data to raise standards across the department

Qualified Teacher Status

Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and emerging technologies

Proven experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
