ENGLISH TEACHER – ESSEX (PERMANENT)

We are recruiting an English Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in Essex on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an English Teacher, suitable for an experienced practitioner or a confident ECT seeking a long-term role in a supportive and well-structured environment.

The school is an 11–18 selective setting with high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement. Students are motivated, respectful, and highly engaged in learning. The English department is well established, well resourced, and supported by a strong and experienced leadership team.

Role Details:

  • English Teacher – KS3 & KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)

  • Permanent position

  • Teaching motivated and well-behaved students

Salary:

  • £37,870 – £56,154 (dependent on experience)
