The Role – Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school from April 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will support pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where young children can learn and develop.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning through play-based activities, assist with classroom organisation, and help monitor pupils’ development in line with the EYFS framework. The ideal candidate will be patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting young children during the early stages of their education.
