Head of Rugby – The Role
We are looking to appoint a Head of Rugby to join a successful and friendly team of committed teachers, lead the Rugby Academy Programme, and work with motivated students. The school has a strong history of success in Rugby and is recognised for its outstanding programme.

The successful candidate will lead Rugby across all age groups, plan and deliver training sessions, oversee fixtures and tournaments, and mentor staff involved in Rugby. You will contribute to the continued development of the department and promote both competitive and recreational extra-curricular provision.

The PE department is a recognised department of excellence with an innovative and engaging curriculum delivered across all key stages. There are strong partnerships with professional clubs, universities, and local clubs which complement the programme.

This role would suit both ECTs and experienced teachers, with salary offered on the MPS/UPS scale plus a TLR depending on experience.
