Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:M1 – M6 (Outer London Pay Scale, £37,720 – £50,167 per annum)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a warm and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Redbridge, for a passionate and nurturing EYFS Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to giving children the very best start to their education, within a supportive and well-resourced Early Years setting.

The role:
You will be teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play, exploration, and structured activities. The successful candidate will support pupils’ early development across all areas of learning, building confidence, independence, and a love of school.

The school is looking for someone who:

• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Is confident delivering phonics, early language, and number development
• Creates a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Has high expectations while supporting children’s individual needs
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
