Food Technology Teacher – The Role

A secondary school in Hounslow is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Technology Teacher to join their department from September on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will teach Food Technology across KS3, KS4 and KS5, delivering high-quality practical and theory lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities. You will be responsible for planning, assessment, and supporting students in developing their understanding of nutrition, food science, health and safety, and practical cooking skills. This role would suit both ECTs and experienced teachers, with opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collaborative department. The salary for this position is £37,870 to £56,154, depending on experience and pay scale.
