Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a flexible opportunity to inspire young learners?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join our welcoming team at our 2-form entry school in Redbridge from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and creative teacher to join our school community on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for one academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where all children are supported to achieve their potential.

As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will plan and deliver exciting lessons, support pupils’ academic and personal development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure children receive the very best start to their primary education.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has a minimum of 1 year’s experience teaching in KS1 or a primary classroom setting
  • Has a strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum and assessment
  • Has high expectations for learning, behaviour, and pupil achievement
  • Is enthusiastic, creative, and committed to supporting children’s progress
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
  • Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team

In return, we offer:

  • A welcoming and supportive 2-form entry school environment
  • A friendly and dedicated staff team
  • A commitment to professional development
  • A positive and inclusive school culture
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to children’s learning and confidence

If you are a motivated and caring teacher looking to join a supportive school community in Redbridge, we would love to hear from you.
