I am currently working with a secondary school located in Ealing that are looking for a passionate and driven leader to direct their Business & Econimics department.

Applicant Specification

To be considered, you must have previous leadership or HoD experience within a UK secondary school, hold QTS or have completed a PGCE and have experience teaching the UK curriculum. You must have strong behaviour management skills, this school has a strict behaviour policy that it continues to maintain.

Role Specification

In this Head of Department post you will be teaching and working in collaboration with the other members of the schools Business & Economics faculty, which never fails to prove to be an especially innovative department. Day-to-day, you will be broadening your knowledge and expanding your skill set through your experiences in the classroom and in training. The role includes teaching different skill levels at Ks3-5 and will have a focus on Business Studies, the role is currently vacant so the opportunity to start before January for the right candidate is available!
