Pastoral & Wellbeing Lead – The Role

Lead on pastoral initiatives to promote student well-being, mental health, and personal development.

Work closely with students, staff, and families to address barriers to learning.

Implement effective behaviour management strategies and oversee student support plans.

Collaborate with external agencies to provide additional student support where needed.

Deliver targeted interventions, mentoring, and support programs for vulnerable students.

Contribute to whole-school safeguarding and inclusion strategies.
