The Role – Behaviour Mentor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and empathetic Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving secondary school in Edmonton from September 2025. This full-time role will involve working closely with students across KS3 and KS4, offering individual and group support to those with behavioural or emotional needs.

You will:

  • Provide consistent and targeted behavioural support to identified students

  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and pastoral leaders to develop tailored support strategies

  • Build trusting relationships to help students develop emotional regulation and social skills

  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment across the school

  • Play a key role in school-wide pastoral and behaviour intervention programmes
