  • A focused and flexible curriculum centred on core subjects and functional skills

  • A structured, therapeutic approach to behaviour and emotional regulation

  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills

  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people who require additional behavioural and emotional support

The School Offers the English Teacher

  • A supportive and experienced leadership team

  • A collaborative and welcoming staff environment

  • Ongoing professional development and behaviour-focused training

  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable young people

  • A rewarding role within a purpose-driven Alternative Provision setting
