In the heart of Newham, a secondary school is looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor for a permanent position starting in September.
The Headteacher is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioural development.
The school is known for its supportive Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and strong Progress 8 results across all subjects. Staff benefit from a culture of collaboration, high expectations, and a commitment to professional development. For this Behaviour Mentor role, the school would ideally like someone with experience working with young people, particularly those who may display challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, help manage behaviour across the school, and work closely with teaching staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
