Hello! I'm Bhupinder.
I’ve always had a strong interest in education, and my early experience working as a Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor gave me first-hand insight into how staffing shortages affect both teachers and pupils. Wanting to make a bigger impact, I moved into education recruitment nine years ago to help schools find the support they need.
By being honest, trustworthy, and passionate about supporting both schools and candidates, I’ve been able to build lasting relationships and make a real difference in education.
