Head of Computer Science – The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Computer Science specialist to lead a successful and growing department at a secondary school in Watford. This full-time position begins in September and includes responsibility for curriculum planning, teaching across KS3 to KS5, supporting departmental staff, and driving academic achievement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a leadership role or demonstrable leadership capabilities, along with strong subject knowledge and a clear vision for technology education.
