Attendance Officer – The Role

A unique sixth form in South London is seeking a reliable and proactive Attendance Officer to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, permanent, term-time only role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience and a commitment to supporting student welfare and engagement. You will be responsible for managing attendance systems, following up absences, liaising with families, and supporting wider pastoral interventions.

Salary: £31,524 – £33,417 (Grade 5 Outer London), plus performance and loyalty bonuses, pension scheme, wellbeing benefits, and other perks.
