The Role – Year 3 Teacher
We are seeking a creative and motivated Year 3 Teacher to join our team from April 2026. This is a key transition year, and you will support pupils as they move from Key Stage 1 into Key Stage 2, helping them adapt to increased independence and new academic expectations.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum, while also planning and leading targeted intervention groups to support pupils who require additional help in core subjects such as reading, writing, and maths.

The ideal candidate will be confident in differentiating learning, using assessment to inform planning, and creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and resilience. Strong classroom management and a positive, inclusive approach are essential.
